This website is run by Parker's Promise LLC, an independent living housing program in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It gives general information about our residences and lets you contact us, send a housing inquiry or refer a client.

Not medical, legal or financial advice

Parker's Promise is a housing program, not a medical or care provider. Nothing on this site, including the chat helper, is medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (veterans, press 1).

No offer of housing

Information on this site, including room types, availability and rates, is general and can change at any time. Sending an inquiry or referral doesn't reserve a room, create a lease or guarantee housing. Residency begins only when a written residency agreement is signed by both sides. Every applicant is reviewed with the same written standards. Parker's Promise is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.

Information you send us

Please send only what our forms ask for. Don't include medical records, diagnoses, Social Security numbers or financial account numbers. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Only send a referral with the client's consent. You agree that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Using the site fairly

• Don't send spam, automated submissions or false information.
• Don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or get around its security or spam protection.
• Don't use the site to harass anyone or to try to locate any resident.

Links to other websites

Our Get Help page and other pages link to outside organizations, such as hotlines and government agencies. We list them for convenience. We don't control their content and aren't responsible for it. Phone numbers and services can change, so please confirm with the organization.

Our name and logo

The Parker's Promise name, logo and the content of this site belong to Parker's Promise LLC. You may share links to our pages and print our referral materials to share with clients and colleagues, but please don't change them or present them as your own.

Disclaimer and limits

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is," without promises that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent Florida law allows, Parker's Promise LLC isn't liable for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this website. This doesn't limit any right you have under a signed residency agreement or under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If we change them, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
